Com o objetivo de ampliar os canais de intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e as demandas do Executivo, a Prefeitura de Miguel Alves lan\u00e7a o servi\u00e7o de Ouvidoria Municipal.\u00a0Por meio do telefone (86) 99402-1983, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 Whatsapp, os cidad\u00e3os podem enviar sugest\u00f5es, informa\u00e7\u00f5es, reclama\u00e7\u00f5es ou den\u00fancias envolvendo os trabalhos de compet\u00eancia da Prefeitura Municipal de Miguel Alves.<\/p>\n

Voc\u00ea sabe o que \u00e9 ouvidoria e para que ela serve? A Ouvidoria \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o que possibilita o cidad\u00e3o ter um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direto com a prefeitura , e deve ser compreendida e utilizada pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o para estreitar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre o munic\u00edpio e os habitantes da cidade, sendo portanto, um mecanismo a mais para aproximar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n

Atrav\u00e9s da Ouvidoria o cidad\u00e3o poder\u00e1 apresentar suas sugest\u00f5es, cr\u00edticas, reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, den\u00fancias, solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes ao \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal colaborando com as formas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o, na qualidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados e no atendimento dos anseios da coletividade.<\/p>\n
